Izvleček:Solid - liquid phase transitions of maltol and ethy maltol in presence of compressed gasses CO2 and propane were determined with modified capillary method. Furthermore, the solubilities of above mentioned maltols in supercritical CO2 and propane were measured at temperatures, 40, 60 and 80°C and over a pressure range of 40 to 270 bar using a static-analytic method.
