| 520 | |a Kratka razprava se ukvarja z razlikami (in podobnostmi) med obema romantičnima delima. Njeno teoretično ozadje je predvsem naratološki vidik pripovedovalca, kakor so ga oblikovali F. Stanzel, G. Genette in M. Bal, dejansko pa se neposredno veže z mojo razpravo Premiki v narativnem sistemu Prešernovega Krsta pri Savici. Oboje je omogočilo določiti formalne in vsebinske razlike na področju pripovedovalčeve lege in njegovega statusa glede na pripovedovano dogajanje ter vrste fokalizacij. Poudariti je potrebno tudi to, da ločujemo med površinsko in globinsko plastjo pripovednih struktur Jevgenija Onjegina in Krsta pri Savici. V prvi se kažejo očitne razlike v pomenu prvoosebnega in avktorialnega pripovedovalca, v premikih od zunanje k notranji fokalizaciji in v pomembnosti pripovedovalčevih intervencij. V globinski je stanje stvari drugačno, in to zato, ker je tukaj mogoče prepoznati pripovedno avtoriteto osebne izkušnje, ki je kot temeljna narativna sestavina vidna v obeh besedilih. | ||
| 520 | |a From the narrative point of view The Baptism on the Savica and Evgenij Onegin differ for several reasons. The majority of them can be related to the fundamentally different status of the narrator in the narratives and/or his entirely different position with respect to the narrated object. Related to that is the narrator's identification with the narrated characters, his frequent intervention into literary events, and the value and importance of the dialogue as a method of presentation of the literary events. Pushkin's narrator has, in comparison with Prešeren's, a specific position, i. e., he appears in several places as a figure who has direct access to the narrated characters and/or is part of the literary events. Prešeren's narrator is different, as he always maintains distance from the events. Unlike Pushkin's narrator, is important places in the texts he often allows the events and characters to present themselves on their own. This means that in The Baptism on the Savica the semantic emphasis is particularly on the dialogue elements. From the narrative point of view there are similarities between the two texts in frequent narrator's interventions into otherwise linear flow of events. One needs to point out that both romantic authors in different ways emphasized the same: "personal" experience on which "the truth" of the text is built. | ||
