Za definicijo specifične esejske strukture sta v članku uvedena pojma mentalna plast eseja in plast notranjega sloga. In sicer zato, da bi bilo mogoče opozoriti na posebnosti slovenske esejistike. Gre namreč za to, da poetiko slovenske esejistike določa bolj ali manj uravnoteženo združevanje notranjeslogovnih prvin interpretativnih, razpravljalnosti in kritičnosti. Če upoštevamo le največje dosežke tega korpusa, pa je situacija drugačna, saj se ti navedeni paradigmi v smislu "čiste esejističnosti" izmikajo. | ||
| 520 | |a The Slovene essayistic writing is stylistically as well as thematically a diverse area of intelectual creativity, showing its first traces as well as pinnacles in the first half of the 20th century, yet experiencing its flourishing moments at the turn of the century. In order to define the specific essay structures, the article introduces the term' mental layer of anessay' and 'layer of the inner style' for the sheer reason of pointing out the specific features of the Slovene essayistic writing. The fact is that the poetry of the Slovene essayistic writing is distinguished, in a more or less ballanced way, by the incorporation of inner-style features of interpretation,discurse and critical thinking. However, taking into account the greatest achievements of this corpus only, we may see that this paradigm is being dodged in terms of 'pure essayicism'. The thematic realm of the Slovene essayistic writing covers predominantly literature, art, nation and language. It tends to be directed at some literary works, at the phenomenologic aspects of literature, literary criticism and esthetics, furthermore, at the status of the Slovene nation in the former Yugoslav federation as well as in the context of the united Europe, at the significanceof mother tongue, etc. | ||
