The characterization of the closed-cell cellular structures was performed under dynamic loading by means of fully coupled parametric computational testing. The new models accounting for influence of the gaseous pore fillers additionally provide data for easier and reliable simulations of different porous materials under dynamic loading conditions in general engineering applications.
