| Izvleček: | In many countries world wide the producers switch to production of gearing specified according to certain standards and unitised according to various internal systems. The main point of such systems is that from various shapes and characteristics of gear transmission we switch to typical or even standardised numbers. Thus the number of products is decreased, while the entire range of the requirements of the designees of the final products, i.e. machines and devices is still always covered because of systematic. The main aim is to develop a system of initiation of geraing, to reduce diversification of products and in the same time to cover the production range.Thus the quality, flexibility and competitiveness of products will be increased. After finalization the system will be transferred into the direct production where it will be directly verified. V svetu se vedno bolj prehaja na proizvodnjo zobniških gonil specificiranih po določenih standardih oz. tipiziranih po različnih internih sistemih. Bistvo takšnih sistemov je, da iz najrazličnejših oblik in karakteristik zobniških prenosov prehajamo na tipske ali celo standardizirane oblike s karakteristikami, stopnjevanimi po standardnih številih. S tem je zmanjšano število izdelkov, zaradi sistematike pa je še vedno pokrito celotno področje potreb projektanta končnih izdelkov, t.j. strojev in naprav. Glavni cilj je razvoj sistema tipizacije gonil, zmanjšanje raznolikosti izdelkov ob istočasnem pokrivanju celotnega proizvodnega področja. S tem bo povečana kvaliteta, fleksibilnost in konkurenčnost izdelkov. Sistem se bo po finalizaciji prenesel v neposredno proizvodnjo, kjer se bo neposredno verificiral. |
