Izvleček: | In a few instances friction has to have at least some small value, as for example rolling. However, in most instances friction is reduced to zero bt the introduction of a lubricant. Lubrication problems belong among the most delicate problems in cold forming. The influence of lubrication on wear, friction, forming force, temperature, surface finish, material and geometrical properties, and finally costs, is very important. In the paper, the influence of lubrication on material properties (such as tensile and yield strength, elongation, reduction of area, hardness, electrical conductivity, etc.) in cold forward extrusion of the copper alloy Cu-Cr-Zr is presented. Many experiments at different lubrication friction coefficients and different extrusion velocities were cartied out. The results are given in diagrams. |
