| Izvleček: | Conditionality of technical, technological, logistics and ecological functions that dictate specific approach to technology, organization and managing processes by vehicles production are discussed. At technical point of view vehicles made by modules is the base of suitability logistic system of vehicles in production and assembling. Module's system of vehicle is based on the two main principals manufacturing respectively CKD-Completely Knocked Daen and SKD-Semi Knocked Dawn. Manufacturing principle by model CKD and/or SKD include in system consumer of technology. By that it is important party's estimation about their capability to satisfy criteria of quality, terms of realization, price and market placing. An example of technology transfer of bus assembling is showed to confirm course of events only, phases and timing respectively project timing till time when partner take over all technical, technological, organization and managers function for suitably activity realization according to rules. |
