The purpose of this paper is to propose a solution to them, in a form of an autonomous workgroup memory model, which employs agents as mediators between users and workgroup-oriented information retrieval engine. In the introduction the motives for our ongoing research are discussed, followed by the description of related work. The third section explains our original approach with the stress on its central aspect of information retrieval. The plan for our future work concludes the paper.
