Izvleček:Tehnološki proces šivanja in likanja v proizvodnji oblačil je specifičen proizvodni proces, ki je še vedno v veliki meri odvisen od ljudi. Z vidika strukture stroškov in kakovosti je vedno bolj odločujoč časovni dejavnik. Oblačilna industrija se zato usmerja v časovne prihranke in povečanje delovne storilnosti. Namen magistrskega dela je raziskati vplivne dejavnike na storilnost delavcev na individualni normi v proizvodnem procesu šivanja in likanja moških suknjičev. Izvedena je analiza delovne storilnosti delavcev na individualni normi v posameznih fazah dela in v obeh izmenah obrata proizvodnje moških suknjičev. Raziskani so naslednji vplivni dejavniki na delovno storilnost: starost in delovna doba zaposlenih, bolniška odsotnost delavcev z dela, kakovost izvedbe tehnoloških operacij, kakovost polizdelkov in gotovih izdelkov, izgube časa, zastoji ter oblikovanje dela in delovnih mest. Dobljeni rezultati raziskave dajejo izhodišča za predloge izboljšanja delovne storilnosti. Medtem ko je zaposlovanje in s tem povezana struktura in delovna doba zaposlenih, ki delno vplivata na delovno storilnost, stvar politike podjetja, pa so za ugodnejši vpliv ostalih dejavnikov na delovno storilnost podani konkretni predlogi:. zmanjšanje bolniške odsotnosti z dela s povečano informiranost jo in izobraževanjem zaposlenih, . organiziranost kontrolne službe in načina kontroliranja v smislu povečanja kakovosti izdelave in s tem zmanjšanja popravila, odvisnost dela osebnega dohodka od kakovosti izdelave, podane zahteve za kakovost izvedbe šestih izbranih tehnoloških operacij iz posamezne skupine delovnih sredstev,. predlog zmanjšanja izgub in zastojev predvsem na avtomatskih šivalnih strojih, boljša Izkoriščenost strojne opreme in določitev koeficienta dodatnega časa, predlog oblikovanja delovnih mest za šest izbranih delovnih mest iz posamezne skupine delovnih sredstev v skladu z ergonomskimi načeli ob upoštevanju značilnosti konfekcijske proizvodnje. Povečanje storilnosti in s tem produktivnost podjetja pa je v veliki meri odvisna tudi od učinkovitega izkoriščanja človeškega vira. Za vodilne delavce je tako potrebna sposobnost za uspešno delo z ljudmi, vključno z motiviranjem in vodenjem zaposlenih.
The technological process of sewing and pressing in garment production is a specific production process, which is, to a great degree, stilI dependent on human resources. As regards cost structure the time factor gets to be more and more crucial and this is why garment industry is committed to time saving and increasing productiveness. The purpose of the BSc paper is to research the major factors which affect the productiveness of individual-norm workers in the production process of sewwing and pressing of men's jackets. An analysis of productiveness of individual-norm workers of individual production phases has been performed, in that both shifts of the men's jackets plant have been inc1uded. Research has been done as regards the following major factors: age, seniority, sick leave, quality of execution of technological operations, quality of semimanufactures, quality of finished products, time delays, formation of work and work places. The findings of the study have presented starting points to formulate proposals to increase productiveness. While employment policy and the related structure and seniority of the employees, which can, to some degree, affect productiveness is a matter of company policy, concrete proposals have been made, as regards a more favourable effect of other factors upon productiveness. They are as follows: -reduction of sick leave absence from work through better education of staff -organisation of control services and the way of controlling in order to increase product quality whereby repairs are to be reduced; part of salary is to be dependent on product quality; c1aims are to be submitted with regard to execution quality of six labour resources - reduction of losses and delays, especially with regard to automatic sewing machines, better exploitation of machinery and definition of extra time coefficient - formation of work places for six selected work places of individual group of labour resources, according to ergonomic principles, in that the features of garment industry are to be considered Increase in productiveness, along with the productivity of the company, depends to a great extent upon efficient exploitation of human resources. As regards executive personnel, professional expertise is required in order for it to be able to work with people, whereby motivation and managing of personnel is to be included.
