The main objective of personnel efficiency evaluation is the all-round increase of the companies' capability and the achievemnt of startegic goals. To reach this goal, work successfulness evaluation should be a continuos process in every company. The presented ideas, based on scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, mathematical modellling, etc.), represent a quality starting point for evaluating the success of work performed by employees, which should be followed by the improvement of the companies' success. Special attention is devoted to computer applications in function of successful employees distribution to proper work positions as per their work productivity.
