Opis
Izvleček:The modern global economy requires enterprises to thoroughly innovate their work, including a requisitely holistic implementation of sustainable development. Most modern enterprises (i.e. Sustainable Enterprises) consider modern state-of-affairs conditions and apply the requisite synergy of economic, ecological, social and ethical aims. This is possible, if enterprises innovate values, culture, ethics, norms, knowledge and behavior of all their critical participants to help them understand, achieve and practice appropriate business ethics (e.g. sustainable enterprise ethics) and educate all business participant for ethical work and behavior. By education, enterprises try to achieve three goals that are seemingly different, but linked synergistically: the provision of knowledge, positive judgment, and that well-developed kind of wisdom called sustainable enterprise ethics. This paper discusses two theses: 1) How to understand and create sustainable enterprise ethics in sustainable enterprises in the modern environment, and 2) How to create appropriate education of important business participants about/for business ethics.
